Fast. Fresh. Fairly priced. I'm not a huge rice eater, but I like the chicken and vegetable plates. Definitely get pink sauce and teriyaki sauce!

Always looking for good food around my area in Richland. We do have a lot of places to eat here.. After awhile, you really just want and need some fresh tasty good food... It is right here, tucked away, in a small shopping center on Hwy. 49. Finally... Thank you O.E.C. Japanese restaurant!!!

Love this place. Salad and the shrimp fried rice are always good. Tried some fried sushi rolls that were good too. Forget name of them

The price to food ratio is very fair and the food is good. Not a very impressive setting, but its defintely worth the visit.
Foods is good. Service is fairly fast and friendly enough. Overall it's a good value for the price and I will be back. Definitely not much on atmosphere though.
Passing through here on the way to Destin! We got hibachi shrimp and miso soup. The shrimp and soup were delicious! The fried rice had very little flavor. The take out was doing a VERY brisk business! The lady taking orders was friendly! Overall, it was clean and tasty!
